I was wondering as long as my humidity is between 65 and 75 is it okay if it fluctuates? Seems it will get to 67 overnight but up to 74 during the day.

This is my first time so I'm not sure if the fluctuation is okay or not as long as it's within the proper range.

Oh good. I'm at the edge of my seat currently. Nothing going on yet but have seen several of them rock slightly. Of course the fluctuations are completely freaking me out.

Terrified I'm going to come in and check and it be way too high or way too low.

I'll tell you what the most terrifying part of being new to this is the humidity thing. Just when you're hearing one thing all over the place and feeling confident then you read something that completely contradicts it and you're like oh no, everything's going to go wrong.

Try not to worry too much as long as it is there abouts you should be fine. I tend to aim for 65 but what I will say is that when you have hatched chick your humidity will shoot up. Even more so if there are a few wet ones in there. As they dry and fluff up though it will reduce again. Good luck with your hatch :fl

Just about everybody has externally pipped now and I've got one out! Hear lots of chirping! Now I've got another question. The chick that hatched is basically just bowling with all the other eggs. Is that going to hurt them?

#2 is out now! Boy they are like wrecking balls. I feel sorry for the others.
