Hello all!
I am on day 20 with my chicken eggs. I’m getting a little stressed because I’m not hearing any peeping and I’m not seeing any wobbling yet. Should I be concerned? I candled them all right before lockdown and most of the eggs looked pretty full. I could see movement in a few. Temperature has been 99.5-100.5 and humidity has been about 35% on average up until day 18. I bumped the humidity up to 65% for lockdown. Six of the eggs were shipped eggs and the other 24 were bought from a local farm.
Am I just being impatient?

You still have another day or two until they hatch so nothing to worry about. Especially since you had your humidity at 35 which I consider to be a little low (I like to keep mine at about 40-45) sometimes they take an extra day or two longer to hatch. To put it bluntly yes your are being impatient but we all were at some point and I know I still continuously am especially with those last few days. Hey, it shows you still care though so there’s the positive to it. Anyways all should be ok, best of luck!!

I've done about 10 hatches and I've never once heard peeping or seen wobbling before they begin hatching. I know it happens, but in my personal experience it isn't common, and if it doesn't happen it doesn't mean there is a problem.

Also humidity is very subjective and depends on local conditions. Never blindly follow the recommendations of anyone but your air cells. As long as your air cells look good, it doesn't matter what someone else thinks your humidity should be.
