Day 21+1 questions

I started my hatch on 4/12 and the last 2 days have had 11 of my 17 eggs hatch. I've been allowing the chick's to run in the incubator until fluffy them moved them to the brooder because I was worried about them moving all the other eggs around. So my question is how do I know if the remaining eggs are quitters. And how long should I leave thw incubator running for late hatchers

I have had eggs hatch at 23 and 24 days and you could candle through the large end and see if the beak has pipped through the membrane can also put the egg to your ear, sometime you can hear the movement.
