I got 42 eggs from a local farm and have been doing everything I'm supposed to do. 99.5F and 45-55% humidity for first 18 days. 99.5F and 65% humidity for lockdown days. Counted day we put them in the incubator as day 1. Candled them on day 18 and looked fine. Had the throw away 6. No pipping yet. What does that mean? It's day 21.

First, you don't count the day you set them. Chicken eggs need 21 days of incubation, which means they don't have one day until 24 hours after you put them in, so technically you are at day 20.
Next thing, what kind of incubator do you have and is it a forced air? That will make a difference as to the temp setting.
Lastly. I personally think (unless the hatcher is high altitude or in a very arid environment) anything higher than 45% humidity is high.

So, I would wait and give it a couple more days at LEAST. If you plan on doing another hatch and would like some opinions and tips I'd be glad to share my experiences and methods with you.
