Day 21 and no pips

I'm my limited experience, temperature has a lot to do with it. 99.5 being the lower end of ideal, it may take and extra day...
I've read that 99.5 with a forced air is ideal. I've read it on here and multiple other sites. Also the breeder I got the eggs from gave me ideal humidity and temps too.
 
Put the chick back into the bottom of the shell then in a cup. Let it finish absorbing the yoke. I had one to do this. Takes a few hours then it takes alot longer to build its strength up. 6 plus hours for mine.
