Well, I'm here on Day 24. No clear sign that the eggs are rotten, and the hen is still sitting on them, so here I am still waiting....and wondering.. and hoping, of course.

Have any eggs hatched yet here on day 25? Is your hen still content to sit on the nest?
I put eggs under 2 of my hens today that have been broody for a week and I was hoping they would sit on them longer than only 21 days so maybe your hens know best. Hope mine do.

I broke open the eggs today and they all were rotten. I am now going to learn how to candle so my next batch doesn't take so long to figure out if they're bad. I just candled the other set at day 19, and suspect they are duds, too. I just can't find a pic of a rotten egg that's been candled at day 19 for comparison.

Sorry that your eggs were rotten :aww, maybe your others will be ok, I was gonna give up on mine at the end of this week cause i didnt know how old they were, and then it pipped today, so I can only tell you to pray and maybe you will get lucky.
