day 21 and still no hatching

ive got 8 eggs in the incubation and 4 has indefinably got a lot of movement inside but no pip or zipping , my humility is 65% should i be worried their not hatching

Give it 2 more days.
After making an internal pip through the air cell, the chick needs time to rest until it makes an external pip through the shell. Or it may be preparing to pip.

What kind of quail? What’s the incubator true temp (not the setting but an independent thermometer)? Bobwhite take a good 20 plus days normally, coturnix are supposed to be 17 days but a low temp (and shipping) can set you back a few days. Next hatch you might want to invest in a couple thermometers for your incubator (I upped the temp setting by a degree between my 2 batches and hatched eggs 2-3 days earlier 16/17 instead of 18-20!). Live and learn, that’s half the fun!

Bobwhites take 24 days for incubation. Can range from 23 to 25 days depending on the incubators temperature.

When you candle the eggs do you see the shadow of a beak in the air cell?
