Day 21 egg got cracked accidentally when the incubator got jarred should i aid the chick if the shel

The egg is cracked halfway around after already pipping on its own. The egg got cracked when the incubator got jarred by my kids and I don't know whether to leave it alone or intervene since the shell went inwards rather than simply cracking. It hit other eggs that thankfully are the same age that haven't pipped without breaking the other eggs at all. The chick inside is still peeping.

Remove the piece that's facing inward with tweezers.
