Day 21...first PIP...nervous ..Help!

OK...so, it's day 21 and ONE egg out of 13 has been moving since yesterday..about an hour ago I finally saw a small Crack.PIP !!!!Yay...Now I am pretty nervous because the Isa Brown eggs that we have eaten have tough shells that are a little crumbly...(small pieces at a time). I am sure I am just being overly nervous but I am so scared it will not hatch. AND WHAT IS UP WITH THE REST OF EM? No movement or signs of pipping....hope they are ok..Temp is a steady 99.8 and humidity is good......Thanks for any advice in advance! Also, how do you put pics on here?

Just went in and cheered my chick on....moving egg for all it's worth! I heard a chirp!!!!!! I am sooooooooo excited!....Still no movement from the rest of them though....
