Day 21, no action

I candled them because mom took her chick and left the other nine eggs. I candled the rest and 4 looked like feathers, 4 were duds. I called the breeder of the blue wheaten eggs and she said she had a good hatch, and since I hadn't ever candled before, I couldn't be sure. One then exploded, I cracked the other two and there was no development at all. I texted her about it because I'm a little annoyed. The eggs were set at the same time and none of hers hatched. I have the others in my brooder under the heat lamp, since I don't have an incubator. I know I'm in the wrong thread but I started here. I'm really disappointed but little Floof is adorable. I really doubt the others will hatch.

I cracked the other 5, and they were all yolks, no development at all. This hen successfully hatch 6 out of 6 last year, and none of the blue wheaten hatched. My hen is really dedicated, so I don't know. If they didn't develop at all, I mean no signs of development, what did I do wrong?

I didn't see one, the eggs were pretty clear, and most of them were rotten.

This year I got an incubator. I bought eggs from Meyer Hatchery, 15 and one free, 11 hatched and are beautiful and healthy.
