After day 25, if there is still no sign of external pipping at all I would take the eggs out and candle them before discarding.

To be honest, I don't know why they aren't hatching. The temp was right, the eggs were fertile....

Yeah, I purchased them off a person who actually fertility tested them

Did you have a pre-calibrated analog thermometer inside the incubator or were you solely relying on the incubators thermometer or a digital thermometer? Incubator thermometers are often off which can result in hatch delays.
