Hello all

I have been incubating chicken eggs for 3 weeks, and i'm midway through the 21st day.
There has been no signs of the chicks hatching yet, and i'm wondering what I should look out for and when

Temperature has been 37.5 - 37.8 degrees till 18 days and 37.2 - 37.5 degrees since
Humidity has been 55% to 65% for the first 18 days and now it has been 70% for days 18, 19, 20, and 21.

Have I done something wrong, is the temperature too low? (which would lead to a late hatch)

Still-air or forced? If you have a fan going, then temp is great where it is. If you're still-air, it should be just a little bit higher. (~38.) May cause a slightly late hatch.

Also, do you have a backup hydrogometer/thermometer or are you relying on a single, uncalibrated instrument for each? A second opinion thermometer is preferred, especially if you're using one that came with the incubator.

Other than that, I can't think of anything. Just wander away for a bit. Find something to do. Watched pots don't boil and all that.

Good luck.

I am using the readings on the incubator, relying on them completely.
hoping they aren't inaccurate!
