Day 21 Nothin " yet " what should I do

It's my second time incubating eggs in my homemade incubator, and the first time I had great success. This time I have 12 eggs in it, they all developed and now when I shined a light through them today, I can see nothing but the air pocket the whole space is filled and I can see them moving inside, but none have cracked yet at all, what should I do?

Leave them alone. Don't open the incubator anymore, and let them hatch. If your temps were even a little low, they would have delayed hatching. I know it's hard to wait, but hang in there!

Will it hurt them to stay in the egg more than 21 days?

You should sit on your hands and wait. Keep in mind, the day you place the eggs in the bator is day 0. Your patience will pay off.
