Canadian Chicklet
Hatching

This is my first time incubating eggs. We are on day 21 and four chicks have hatched already. I was going to leave them in the incubator until they fluffed up, but they are being very active and bumping into the five remaining unhatched eggs. I read that having this happen won't hurt anything, but I just noticed a small chip in one of the unhatched eggs - about 1cm by 1cm. The inside membrane still seems to be intact. Would this have happened due to one of the chicks knocking into it and causing this small chip? Since the membrane is still intact, is there anything I should do for the chipped egg to help the chick? My concern is that the inner membrane could potentially dry out and "shrink-wrap" the chick. The humidity in the incubator is currently at 75%.
Thanks in advance for your advice!
