Day 21 only 1 chick, questions

Greetings All,

I purchased hatching eggs from Boggy Bottom Farms all the way in Georgia ( I am in California ). At 5pm today, it will be 21 days. Most of the 12 eggs looked to be progressing, a couple never looked fertile.

I had on chick hatch out yesterday, I see a minor pip on 1 egg today. I see no other pips.

How long should I wait before thinking they are not going to hatch? I was successful in hatching 9 Nankins 9 weeks ago and I am a bit sad about this as I really wanted some Belgian D'anvers.

This is a little late to help you now, but I always wait three days after hatch date, I have had them hatch after the due date. I think its because the incubator has some cooler spots in them and the eggs just take a little longer some times.
