Day 21 only one out do I take them out to look?

The first chick hatched this morning but there is no sign of a pip on the others should I candle them or wait a bit longer is there any way that they are alive but can't get out ? Do I break the shell to find out ?

Try to wait. If you have had low temps your hatch could be delayed a day or two.

Give them time... opening your incubator causes you temps and humidity to go way down and thats why chicks don't hatch....

Please, please wait! I had an egg on day 24 this morning and cracked it to see what happened/when. A little silkie looked at me, wiggled a moment, flapped it's wings and passed away. My temps have been out of control this batch and seems to be running so kool i figured NOTHING was still alive. I feel awful. WAIT!!
