Day 21 Pip??? How Long to Hatch???

Hi, well things are still quiet hear, except for my "hello, are you in there, come out" which I repeatedly chant to the incubator. The only reply is from my lovebird, across the kitchen! I think I see a pip, maybe two. It looks like a tiny triangular white spot on my brown eggs. How long from pip to hatch? Help!

It just depends....sometimes it's 24 hours...sometimes it's within an hour.
