Day 21 with no internal pip?

Give them some time. Did you candle through out and have development. Day 21 is a go by time they can hatch late pending on humidity and temperature during the first 18 days.

2x Patience ... 21 days is a guideline, as stated alot depends on temp and humidity, did you candle?
Yeah I candled day 18 and they looked ok. Then I candled again today, day 21. I was left with 5 of 13. What worries me is that none of the 5 eggs has internally pipped. My temp/humidity days 1-18 were 100 degrees and 45-55, on lockdown I raised humidity to 70

How do you know they haven't? Sometimes you can't see the internal pip sometimes you can.
Did you tap and listen for peeps?
That is the true internal pip test, no peep is normally no pip. :)
Agree with the others, just have patience little variables you might not even be aware even happened can delay hatching.

Humidity may be a little high. I was told to on here to run it on day 1-18 on 35-40 then on day 18 raise it to 55. I haven’t tried this yet. I was having chicks be fully developed but died at the end some had yolk halfway absorbed..

There isn't must you can do at this point, sorry.

Next time try to lower your humidity down closer to 30%.
