day 22~23

ok so my eggs are going 2 days past due tomorrow i am wondering how do you know if your chicks aree "pipped" i have no idea im a newbie and how long should i let them go before i remove them from my incubator?!

when they pip you will see a break in shell, and i would wait at least till all of the 23 day is over. they may just be late to come out temps may have been low, don't give up. good luck

for i had one batch that i had my day wrong ( because i marked it wrong in book) and was starting to take them out and seen one had pip and i stopped and had a good hatch ( about 80%) so make sure you have days right

ok i mean i have kept the temp religously at 100 degrees and you could count on me turning them everyday 3 times a day and having the right amount of water in the bottom but now im worried something happened. gah this is tough lol ive also candled and they def have lil chickie monsters in them (monsters in a good way lol)

what did you have humidty at for days 1-18 and what is it at now?

Plz try to wait till atleast day 26 before tossing anything. I learned the hard way on this lesson learned believe me!
