It's day 22 and my eggs are in the incubator at 99.5 degrees with about 70%humidity. I haven't seen them pip or even move the eggs and I don't know what to do! I'm getting very worried

Did anything happen during incubation, like a temp spike or power outage? What was the humidity the first 17 days? Did you candle the eggs before lockdown to see if they had developed?

Are you using a still air or forced air (fan) incubator? I ask as the still airs are run two degrees higher measured at top level of eggs.

A lower temperature will delay a hatch a few days. Wait it out a few more days before calling it quits. Candle an egg or two to see how their doing if no pips still.
