It's day 22 today, and there are no pips or chirps. However, I found out you have to raise the temp for still air incubators, when i've just been doing the 99.5 degrees. So could they be late hatchers?

Yes I would give them AT LEAST one extra day if not more.... here is an article that may come in handy, BUT READ its entirety, it shows what your chicks are doing right now....... timing will be different for you but steps will be all the same. I wish you luck!! how many are in the bator and what kind of bator? https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching
when is it exactly day 22? if you would feel better you can quickly pull one and candle and tap..... info on checking for viablitiy is in that link... FOLLOW THE STEPS.... make sure you understand the process first....and even IF you dont see movement I would wait to float test another day.... BECAUSE of the temp issue.... and if your worried about humidity when you open the bator give it a mist with a mister but not on the eggs, do like the top or the sides or something, that will hold humidity but dont get too carried away with water either..
