Day 22 Duck Internal Pip

I have noticed this since yesterday but one of my duck eggs looks like the baby had internally piped and it's only day 22 what should I do? Should I stop turning him and keep turning the others? When he moves it looks like his head is out of the air cell and his neck is in the air cell. I have a video but it isnt letting me upload it and im not trying to mess with the egg.

Sorry, i cannot help with the egg, i have not incubated eggs - yet.
But the video, you can't upload it directly to BYC, you need to upload the video at YouTube or Vimeo and then copy the share-link into the Add Media box:

Click on that film-strip icon and then enter the URL into the box that will pop up:

I don't think this is an internal pip. The air cell has not even drawn down yet.
It might just be pushing against the membrane.
Are you sure it's still alive?
