day 22 in the bator..can I candle to see if movement? this is my 1st

I have 6 ameraucana frizzled eggs in the bator..I used the LG fan/turner combo. 99.5 temp with thermometer that came with it..Didn't get a hydometer just kept water in the channels..I have a bad feeling about this.. what do you think?
