Day 22 no internal pips

So none of my eggs have internally pipped. My humidity has been a little wonky so I’m afraid to leave them alone if I can help them.
 
Chicken. Americana and silkies. Still air incubator with cracked windows. There’s movement but no internal pips. Should I wait? Help? Are they stuck?
 
Until they internally pip you'll do more harm than good by 'helping'. And even then the only thing you can do is make a safety hole. If they are still moving then they are still alive. A slightly lower than ideal temperature will delay them a bit so hopefully that's all it is.
