day 22 no peeps yet

last week we had a storm and power outage for about 3 and half hours do you think my eggs are okay i got up and did all i could think of to keep them warm should i wait another day or so i have seen some movement in a couple eggs i have 42 eggs in the incubator

last week we had our light bulb go out on us in the middle of the night and when we got up the temp was 74 we decided to put a new light in andand hope for the best! later that night we candled them to see if any were still alive and today we got our first peep so. I would just give it some time!! Good luck

our light went out againg wed. night and we woke up to the incubator at 71! we keep going anyways and later thurs. night we had a chick start to hatch and another peeping this morning. not sure how many will make it but we have found that it is still working but I am sure our hatch rate will drop!
