Day 22 no pips or movement

I've had them hatch on day 24-25, with my old incubator. It tended to run a little cold and had inconsistent temperatures. My first batch hatched from day 22-26. How many eggs made it to lockdown?
Only 2/5 made it to lockdown. I’m going to leave the other egg until tomorrow before I throw it but I didn’t see any movement when candled at day 22

Do you have photos?! :D I've got chicks hatching soon! Eeek! So exciting! It doesn't matter how many times you do it is still fun!... and stressful.

this is the one that hatched at 12am

when it’s time to go into the heat box, will my 2, 3 day old chicks pick on it? If so how can I avoid that?

2-3 day difference should be fine, but put her in there when you can watch over them for a bit, just to be sure. If you have a heat lamp, you can divide the brooder with something so they can see, but not touch, while the little one finds its legs. If you have a heat plate, it's a little harder to divide them and still have heat for both.
