I candled them on day 18 and all five were alive, but there have been no signs from them since. Any ideas?

Id be concerned, but Id give them a few more days. If your temps are off just a little bit, it could slow them down.

Hmm I dont know. Were your temps a little low? Low temps can cause the chicks to hatch a few days late.
Mine lately have been piping on day 19 and hatching on days 20 and 21.

Im on day 19 and have 2 pips and one hatched while waiting for 27 more to make an appeariance.
