Day 22 of mama hen hatching eggs

I've got two baby chicks doing well with mama hen. It is day 22 and mama has left the clutch. Are the rest of the 7 eggs hopeless? Is there anything I can do? I do not know how to candle them. Any suggestions, advice, etc???
