Day 22, what would be best in this situation?

My 6 Flower Hen eggs were placed under a broody silkie 3 weeks ago on Friday morning, 18th sep.
Yesterday there were two empty shells, one had been kicked ot the door, possibly by the hen. There was a puddle of brown liquid by the door on he inside that I cleaned. There was another empty shell in the nest but no chickens as of 9PM.
At about 9AM this morning I checked, she now has one chicken and three eggs remaining. Any chance the eggs can still hatch? Anything I can do to help?

I normally let nature take its course. When she is done sitting on the eggs or knows they won't hatch, she will push them aside and tend to the hatched chicks.
