Day 22

Hello there, I'm really new to this, I bought an incubator ordered some eggs online, today is day 22, 2 eggs pipped at 4am this morning. One hatched out fine the other died in the shell the others haven't pipped at all? Are they likely to pip? Did the stillborn dry out? My humidity is normal and my temp ? Will the chick be ok on his own? Thank you

I wouldn't lose hope, they can still hatch... sometimes it can take over a day for them to hatch after the initial pip in the shell. There is not much you can do but wait at the moment.
