I started with 8 eggs in a Nurture Right 360.
Chicks hatched on day 20, 21, and 22 and doing good in the brooder.

I have five eggs left with no pip in sight.

I want to give them a few more days, and the water is a bit smelly from the three hatchlings.
Would it be a bad idea to do a quick swap of the water?

It's fine to swap the water, just try to make sure humidity stays up. You could candle the eggs and look for movement. If there is still movement in any of the eggs you could make a safety hole to ensure it can breathe. Hope all goes well :)

Definitely candle them and make a safety hole if they are still alive. Do you hear them peeping or see the eggs moving? If it were me at day 23, I would have already opened them up.

No movement or sound. I will candle them and go from there. Thanks for all of the excellent advice. I will report my findings.
