No piping or hatching using Little giant still air incubator. Maintained good temps/humidity eggs were developing as of day 10. Should I throw them out. My students were so excited too.

I would wait one more day. Such a disappointment for your students. I have had chicks wait until day 24, can't explain why, so there is still hope.

On a side note, I recommend a better incubator: Brinsea mini advanced holds seven eggs, circulates the air, turns automatically so you aren't opening the incubator so much, and keeps temperature digitally with far less fluctuation. You can also add water externally. It would help avoid a disappointment.
