Day 23 eggs

I have a few day 23 eggs and I assumed they were all dead as I
Could hear no chirping or moving in the egg. So I cracked one open and found a fully formed chick inside. It wasn’t moving or breathing from the start and seemed very dead. I have four more eggs in there... what should I do? Leave them? The chick I cracked open is below.

Leave them be. Late into hatching you're not going to be able to see or hear much until they start to push up against the membrane.What day did you set them?The count down starts 24 hours after you first set them.The incubator being set too cold can cause a late hatch. Have you candled them yet?Do you see any movement?
