I had one that came out VERY weak. I too did not have much hope but.....when I noticed that I did not have any pipped eggs for the moment and the chick had been in there resting for a few hours already, I quickly opened the bator and scooped it out into a soft cloth and had already prepared a small box with some paper towel and had a lamp with a decent watt light and put the little one there. It was weak for a good two days but started to come around ever so slowly. I on day two in the box put another chick in with it to keep it company and I was holding it alot in the towel initially so that it felt safe warm and secure. Crazy huh? but now three weeks later, while a little smaller than the rest it is healty, and playing and you cannot tell it from the others as far as energy etc...second one has hatched but looks much weaker than the other, not holding too much hope for him at the moment, pretty upsetting, but fingers crossed!
so good luck and hope the little one comes along!!!!
