Day 23 Has the egg stopped developing?

Has the egg stopped developing? Its day 23 and i'm not sure if the egg is dead. Keeping in mind the egg didn't start to develop until day 3. I found the egg outside our gates. Mum and dad live nearby.

Is this regular or Muscovy duck ?
What temperature are you keeping it at and did you calibrate ?
Is that dark area moving ?
Also if you candle the air cell it’s much easier to see for veins

Its a mallard duck. She is kept at 37.5C not moving. I candle both sides of the egg
