Day 23 - one chick hatched not standing

I just don't know what to do - One chick hatched yesterday @ 2:30 pm she is dry but does not appear to be able to stand - there are 35 other eggs that appear to not be doing anything ... do I get this chick out to see what s wrong or leave her in until some more hatch or I decide they won't hatch

How long have they been in the incubator? one chick hatching with problems could mean one chick that hatched early.

Looked in on her and she is getting stronger and appears to be able to stand

Poor thing is probably lonely the rest need to get moving

I just had one chick hatch two days ago. Had to go get a couple of bantam chicks to keep it company. Single chicks do not do well. They set and cry constantly. now with three chicks I very seldom hear an noise out of them at all. I am not sure what to say about late hatch other than to low of a temp. Do you have any pips at all? And have you been opening the incubator since day 19? Just FYI. most embryos fail in the first three days or the last three. for me these are the two periods of time that it is most critical to have conditions at there best. Fingers are crossed for you. Sorry I can't offer much more than that though.

did not open bator since day 19 at lockdown
I will have to take her out tomorrow whether or not anyone else is doing anything
no pips or zips on any of the eggs - I did see one move yesterday but it has done nothing since
I plan on buying some chicks at TSC if no others hatch - they will be a little older as I think they came in last week
they are supposed to get some in next week

this is the 1st time for me in a bator and the turner went so I had to hand turn the part came in after lockdown
so maybe since I had to open it to turn they are behind

I don't know what to do I saw here some people open after so many days and have live chicks

I just want some more to hatch
