Day 23 Silkie hatch, 2 hatched on day 21, should I wait !!!!

Have 6 eggs left in my Brinsea Oct 20, don't hear any chirping . 2 hatched on day 21 and are healthy, should i keep the others in longer

?? I heard Silkies hatch early?

I'v only had them hatch early, but if the temp is off, they could go longer. Did you candle or put up to your ear? You can usually hear some noise if it's still alive.

Nothing

so went ahead and gently cracked them open, they were dead

. At least I got 2 little ones. These were shipped eggs, 2 out of 25 , 8% hatch, not great but I knew the risks.
