Day 24 help

Was about to throw out my eggs, made a little crack on one a and my chicks membrane was dry..I he was stuck inside wet membrane and took out chick.. it lived. Now I have two more that I feel are
Also stuck.. should I wait another day or crack shell??

I would first start by raising up the humidity a lot so the membranes aren’t dry anymore than after they have absorbed some moisture after and hour or two just crack the egg a little bit to help give them a head start because by now they should’ve been 3 days old and eating food so their nourishment from the yolk might be running out
