Day 24 of Incubation

I did candle on day 17 before lockdown. Should I candle them again? I honestly don’t know the breeds. The farmer I got them from said they were barnyard mix? My thermometer and hydrometer were calibrated too!
What temp and humidity did yo incubate at? The eggs should be very dark and full with a fairly large air cell, and hopefully you will see an internal pip, the beak will look like a gray triangle in thee air cell

My temp has been at 99.5-100. That has been very consistent. My humidity was between 40-50% up until lockdown and then I cranked it to 65%. A curious teacher did in fact open the incubator quickly the other day and it dropped to 50%. We got it back up within 15 minutes but I am terrified that when she opened it, it killed the chicks.

No, that wouldn't have killed them unless maybe if they had already externally pipped. All it does when they externally pip and humidity drops it can cause shrink wrapping. Yours weren't externally pipped tho so that wouldn't have hurt anything. I lockdown at 50% sometimes. Especially with quail.
