Day 24, Pipped but still not hatching.

What do I do? I candled two days ago and again today (I know your not supposed to touch but we are passed day 21) and there is still movement, he's noticeably pipped and moving around like crazy..hes been pipped for two days now. What do I do? Just leave him be? Why is it taking so long?

My chicks came 4 days after "the 21 days". Keep calm and watch for hum. and temp. Good luck with them.

I have read here of someones chicks which hatched on day 35! It was due to temp drops. Wait and see is all you can do and keep the bator closed since one has pipped good luck

Well today I can hear him/her LOUDLY peeping Inside the egg..and I can see the egg moving around just my looking at it :/

How long after you start gearing peeping do they normally hatch?

It can vary from just a few hours to 2days those little things seem to enjoy stressing us out i think. You will just see a small crack in the shell then they will rest for a long time before they start to work there way around the shell
