Day 24-still no hatch. Do I discard eggs?

I placed 8 fertile eggs under 1 broody Wyandotte hen. This was 24 days ago. No pips and I'm hearing no peeps. I want to candle them but I'm unsure what it should look like on day 24 since most eggs hatch on day 21. This is my first hatching experiance. I'm pretty disappointed. what do I do - let her continue sitting on the eggs or discard them? If I candle them what exactly am I looking for?

Do not give up yet! You want movement when you candle.

At this point the eggs should be black when you candle them. You should probably throw the eggs and let you hen start laying again!
