Day 25 and not hatched. This is what happened when I candled them

Here is a pic of me candling them on day 25. I do not see any movement. Clearly the chick developed but only one hatched on day 20. Is it possible it was shrink wrapped? What is happening? Should I give it a few more days?

No. That is not looking to good. If there is NO movement at day 25 then there is NO life in there. I'm sorry 😥😥😥
 
That sucks. Il do another batch. What do you think went wrong? They developed why didnt they hatch?
