Today is day 25. I candled my eggs last night and found one that was moving, we put her back in the Bator. This morning I candled her again and she was actually in the air sac trying to externally pip. That was about 5 hours ago. She’s still alive in there. How long, if she’s gonna make it, do you think this may take? There is no external pip yet. But there is movement. I should mention I’ve had 3 hatch day 21-23

I guess if it were me I would make a safety hole at this point if you are sure it was internally pipped 5 hours ago.

These are chickens? Day 25 is really late, did you have a calibrated thermometer in there to check the temp? I'm guessing it was just too low.
Just leave her, they usually take 24 hours from internal pip to external pip. You don't want to assist too soon.

I’m sorry, yes they are chickens. I set my temp to 100.5 during incubation, with humidity at 45-50
Then at lockdown I only increase humidity to 60-65 and temp I only take down .5 degree.
