I would give them until day 30 and then candle again. If there's any chance they might hatch leave them in.

ONE OF THEM IS PEEPING IN THE SHELL! That means it's close to hatch right? The other 2 are not as of yet making peeping sounds

It means it has internally pipped. It could have 48 to 72 hours until it hatched though. Good luck, that's exciting!
