Hi. I have 8 quail eggs. The hatching day was 3 days ago. I heard chirping from one of the eggs and then the next morning I woke up and the egg had zipped all the way around. It has been almost 48 hours since I last heard him chirp or seen any movement. It is now day 26. Is he dead?
