Day 26 no visible pips- do I candle the eggs?

4 silkie eggs with known low temperature during most of their incubation. It’s now day 26. Should I open the incubator to candle them? I’m worried they didn’t make it, but don’t want to mess up the chances if they’re still alive. Is opening the incubator up that bad?

It is okay to candle them.
