day 27 eggs not hatched

hi i have been incubating chicken eggs in a brinsea octogan 20 with rotation ,i realized on day 21 that my temp had dropped to 65 so i turned it up to 70 had 1 chick pip at day 24 we helped him out as 20hrs later hole no bigger! hes huge! same day another pipped and hatched in 2hrs, day 25 another pip had to help again it got stuck, now day 27 candled last night great air sacks all eggs full but no pips still waiting in anticipation how do i tell if they are dead? first time incubating! 3 chicks doing well x

Excuse me ?? Where are you & what do you mean when you say temperature is/was 65 or 70 degrees. If tat is truly the temperature that you incubated at I'm surprised that anything hatched. Are you sure? Do you mean HUMIDITY?
Just don't know what to think or how I can help

ooops sorry my mistake! i meant it dropped to 35 its now at 37 x

Do you mean humidity or are you using Celsius? 37 is close to the freezing point in Fahrenheit. Nothing will hatch that cold.

hi its celcius! ive just worked out its 27 days in 1 hr so its been 26 days today x
