day 28 and no movement in eggs, please help!

So this was my first time incubating eggs. 3 of the chicks hatched on day 21 and 23, but i have 10 more eggs that have not hatched and they are around day 28. i have heard no chirping or anything. I candled the eggs and they were all pitch black, but on most of them i could not see the air cell in it it seemed. I have kept the incubator temperature about 100 F and the humidity around 50% the first 18 days. Since day 18 the humidity has been around 65%. I am just wondering if there is anything i could do to see if they are still alive or if they are goners Thanks

At day 28 I would assume they are dead. I generally get rid of unhatched eggs by day 23.

Does anyone else have any ideas? they are around day 29 now
