Day 29 duck egg no internal pip

Movement is slowing down in the egg what can I do I think it's dying can I internal pip for it so I can get actual air I can't have it die

You can try drilling a safety hole as shown in the Article 'Guide to Assisted Hatching for All Poultry'. If it's to weak to internally pip on its own then it doesn't have a good chance of survival outside the egg.
