Day 3 and I didn't see anything

I just went out to candle Marshmallow's and Raven's eggs, and I didn't see any veins or any stuff like that. I also noticed that all of Marshmallows egg's air cells kind of jiggled when I turned them. Should I worry?

Day 3 is generally too early even on pure white eggs.

ok, when should I be able to see anything with some tan eggs and a few dark brown ones?

When you candled the eggs what did you see? How long has the hen been brooding?

When I candled all I saw was the air cell and the yolk. I gave the eggs to them on Monday around 4:30 p.m. so it has been 3 days.

Day 7 to 10. I candled on day 8 and there were a few eggs that showed nothing and thank goodness i waited a few more because on day 10 they showed development

I feel ya! This was my very first time hatching chicks so i understnad the excitement! Just wait till they start hatching! Mine took 3 days to complete so those two nights i got very little sleep!!! I actually just pulled up a chair and would just watch for the eggs to dance haha. Now I have broodies hatching as well. Getting a handfull of babies everyday since thursday! Talk about overwhelmed with babies! I think I am at almost 50

I wish I could have that many chickens, but My dad isn't very enthusiastic about the fact that I am hatching these eggs that my aunt gave me! (Chickens aren't even allowed in my city)

Uhh oh! He is probbaly like my dad. Trys to act tough but then he will end up getting attached haha. My dad worries more about mine then i do!
